1. The procedure is semi-automatic. Please fill all fields below correctly and check content before next step.
2. After pressing the OK button, if a mailing client is installed on your computer, an automatic generated email will appear. Please submit this email without changing anything. If a mailing client is not installed on your device, the automatic email message will not appear; in this latter case instructions on how to submit the email correctly are provided in the bottom text box, at point 1.
3. Read in the bottom text box instructions at point 2 for the procedure on how to complete the wire transfer for fees payment.You will not get a confirmation email upon email and fees payment reception.
